Very tired hotel, but fortunately, we stayed at the VIP Grand. Skoosh messed up our reservation. We booked at VIP Grand, but got scheduled at VIP Zuique instead. They are right next door to each other. We initially accepted this and checked in at the Zuique. It was such a dive though, that we called Skoosh to have the sort it out. Skoosh did an absolutely outstanding job and fixed it almost immediately. I was amazed that someone actually answered the phone at a web service, but they did and very promptly called the hotel, faxed them over the correction and called us back to confirm the whole situation had been solved, all within like 5 minutes. VIP Zurique is lousy, but the VIP Grand is outstanding and Skoosh did a great job in solving our problem.
