Recensioni Hotel Ca d' Oro***

25/06/09 The hotel was perfect for us. I would say better directions on arrival would be most helpful. It was difficult to locate and when asking directions locally, we were always sent to the Ca D'Oro street which was a watertaxi stop. A map included with the confirmation would be appreciated. Once located, we found the staff to be friendly, helpful and accommodating. It has a lift and found the rooms were clean and big enough with a nice bath. The breakfast, though not containing hot foods, was especially nice in their eating space. It was a great value for the location away from the noisey San Marco area and close enough to the local flavor of the area. Also a good restaurant at the Vesuvius where the locals were carrying out boxes of pizzas was only a few blocks away. We had a wonderful experience and would go back.

25/06/09 Very nive hotel and staff in great location

25/06/09 We would absolutely recomeend the hotel to anyone vacationing in Venice! It is off the braten track but wee found that we could walk to anywhere in Vencie in about 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and it was very handy to take a water taxi to the cruise port. Our expectation were exceded! We will make arrangements to stay when we return to Venice.

hotel has a good location the staff were friendly and helpful
Lots of little restaurants and shops near the hotel.

25/06/09 The hotel was easy to reach from the harbor...walking distance. It was situated back from the hustle and bustle of the main street, but just a short walk away. The room was lovely, very nice bathroom. There is a rooftop deck that is not to missed. Nice place for a quiet drink at night....great view of surrounding rooftops. The breakfast was terrific....crosssiants, breads, ham, cheese, cereals, yogurts, juice and coffee. Very helpful and friendly staff. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.
