Disapponting stay. Hot, stuffy bedroom with shabby furnishings. I asked for an electric fan but not available, staff suggesed open the window and keep curtains closed all day - fine except we then couldn't see the view over Dublin Bay & room was still hot. We were directly above the bar and hotel lights shone into our room all night. In the morning the sun shone through the many holes in the curtain linings. The beds were OK and decent bed linen. Breakfast was a depressing affair, everything was there but used plates/dishes were not cleared from the tables. You helped yourself to pots of tea or coffee, strange tasting fruit juice was from a machine. Hot breakfast was never more than lukewarm. Any positives? Good location for public transport & parking if you have own car with you. Needs some TLC!
