The room we had was more like a cell than a room. I have sleep apina so I use a CPAP machine at night. There was no plug in near the bed so we asked the desk for an exention cord.....never got one. I repeated the request to the night manager and was told (at 9pm) I could walk a couple of blocks and buy my own. We ended up repositioningthe bed to accomadate this problem. The day manager had told me that I could use the computer in the lobby....I did but when I sat down in the evening to use it the night manager came from behind the desk and told me invery impolite terms that that was not for the guest and promptly slammed the door shut just missing my hand.....later that even when we left for dinner the night manager was seated at the computer doinghomework!

Based on the reviews we had read our expectations were clearly not met. The bathroom was clean and it went downhill from there. Part of the wardrobe was missing, the curtains were torn and crooked, the breakfast room had a foul odor and the elevator of the 4 story of hotel was out of order. Another 2 bed room had larger problems. No sister hotels were available. We left as soon as we found another hotel.

very well located. close to opera house. double bed was pretty big. But staff is not very co- operative and also a little snobbish. But for the price it is great value for money.
